  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
  • You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Certain items (such as intimate apparel, custom-made items, or digital products) are non-returnable.

  2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions and shipping address.
  3. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Please note: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at contact@animegoods.store with photos of the issue.
We will provide a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the stated processing time:

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank—it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
